Architect (Qualified Person - QP) Salary: $6000 - $9000 Working Days: 5.5 Day (Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm & Sat 9am - 1pm) Office Location: Ubi Requirements: Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture. Registration: Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (Singapore) or relevant local body. Experience: Minimum 8 -10 years of experience, with a proven track record in landed residential projects (terrace, semi-d, bungalow). Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software. Strong knowledge of local building codes (BCA) and planning regulations. Key Responsibilities: Design & Planning: Develop and review architectural designs, master plans, and detailed drawings for landed residential projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards. Regulatory Compliance (QP Role): Act as the Qualified Person (QP) for all architectural submissions. Prepare, endorse, and submit planning permissions (e.g., Written Permission) and building plan applications to relevant authorities (e.g., URA, BCA). Authority Liaison: Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals and respond to technical queries or requisitions. Coordination: Collaborate closely with Professional Engineers (PE), project managers, and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction phase. Site Support: Conduct site visits to oversee architectural works, resolve discrepancies in drawings, and ensure construction aligns with approved plans and specifications. Quality Control: Ensure all architectural workmanship meets required quality standards, contractual specifications, and safety regulations.
